Users may request account closure at any time through the support channel. After the request is submitted, any pending real-money withdrawal balances will be processed normally, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances not yet converted to real money will be forfeited upon closure.
H2bey may also unilaterally close or suspend an account in the circumstances set out in these Terms, notifying the user at their registered email address whenever possible.

Deposit via Pix: Account credit is instant, typically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation by the originating bank. In exceptional cases of banking instability, the maximum processing time is 30 minutes. If the credit does not appear within that timeframe, contact support with your payment receipt.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet held in the name of the registered h2bey user. Third-party deposits will be returned and may result in account suspension.
Users may request a withdrawal of their available real balance at any time, subject to the limits and conditions below. The preferred withdrawal method at h2bey is Pix, processed within 8 minutes in most cases.
For your first withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC), including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This is a regulatory and security requirement — h2bey does not process withdrawals for unverified accounts. The verification process takes an average of 24 hours after all documents have been submitted.
Please note: Withdrawal requests that include unconverted bonus balance will only be processed for the available real-money balance. h2bey may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 as part of anti-money laundering procedures.

H2bey may revise and update these Terms at any time. When this occurs, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be changed. For significant updates, h2bey will notify users via their registered email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform with a minimum advance notice of 15 calendar days.
If a user disagrees with any changes, they may close their account before the new version takes effect, without any impact on their ability to withdraw any available real-money balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo (SP), with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
