When the h2bey team sat down to design the loyalty program, the core question was simple: what does a Brazilian player who takes their betting seriously actually need? The answer was obvious to anyone who understands gambling culture in Brazil — fast cashback, hassle-free withdrawals, support in Portuguese, and rewards that make a real difference day to day. That's how the h2bey VIP Program came to life, built across five progressive levels that recognize and reward every BRL wagered on the platform.
Unlike other loyalty programs where points never turn into real money, at h2bey cashback is paid as real balance with no excessive rollover. That means if you are a Diamond member and wagered R$ 5,000.00 in a week, you receive R$ 1,000.00 credited directly to your account every Monday. It is not a bonus loaded with conditions — it is cash back that you can withdraw via Pix whenever you want.
Most h2bey VIP members reached Gold level by betting on Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores. Football is the game type that generates the most points in the program, especially on Fridays, when all live match bets earn double points. Combine that with sessions on Aviator or JetX in the crash games — which also earn double points on Fridays — and you can move up a level in under a month of consistent play.
For slots fans, h2bey also maintains a featured games list with point multipliers during special periods. Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, and Starlight Princess often appear in these promotions. Keep an eye on h2bey app notifications so you never miss one of these accelerated earning windows.
Players who reach Platinum on h2bey notice the difference the moment they request their first withdrawal after upgrading. The average processing time drops from 8 to 5 minutes via Pix, and the weekly withdrawal limit increases significantly. On top of that, a dedicated account manager reaches out to introduce themselves and learn more about the player's betting profile. That manager is available via WhatsApp and chat to handle any situation with top priority.
Diamond is the highest tier at h2bey, designed for the platform's most dedicated bettors. On top of 20% cashback — the highest in the Brazilian online Sports Betting market — Diamond members enjoy unlimited withdrawals, enhanced odds across all sports, and invitations to in-person events such as VIP boxes at Brasileirão matches, Copa do Brasil finals, and shows at partner venues across Brazil. It is the recognition that a true bettor deserves.
All financial benefits in the h2bey VIP Program are processed through the same payment methods already available on the platform. Cashback and bonuses are credited directly to your account balance and can be withdrawn via Pix to any bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, or any other financial institution. For deposits, in addition to Pix, you can use boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. h2bey never charges fees on deposits or withdrawals, regardless of your VIP level.
Real stories from players who have already reached the next level and felt the difference.
"I went from Bronze to Gold in six weeks betting on the Brasileirão. The 8% cashback makes a huge difference at the end of the month — I got almost R$ 600.00 back in the last week alone. h2bey really delivers on what it promises, no strings attached."
"I hit Platinum betting on UFC and slots. My h2bey account manager called me the same day I was upgraded and already had a personalized reload bonus lined up. I've never had that kind of attention on any other platform."
"Being Diamond at h2bey is on another level. The 20% cashback plus 5-minute withdrawals make everything so much more worthwhile. Last week I got an invitation to the Flamengo VIP box at Maracanã. I wasn't expecting that kind of treatment — I was genuinely impressed."
